We are looking to recruit for some bank staff. Hours will be given daily as and when cover is needed for sickness and holidays etc.

Your Role: What will you be doing?

As Baby Room Leader, you’ll take the lead in creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional care and learning opportunities.
Designing and implementing engaging activities that support each baby’s unique development.
Ensuring the room provides a safe, stimulating, age-appropriate environment, indoors and outdoors.
Building strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and professionals to meet every child’s needs.
Maintaining the highest standards of child welfare, safeguarding and health and safety.
Collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Requirements: What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced childcare professional who is ready to make a real impact on the lives of our youngest children. The ideal candidate will have:
• A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or a senior practitioner role.
A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, child protection, Early Years legislation and health and safety.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and families.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and education for children.

Please note, due to our sector, all roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid certification. All personnel will be required to subscribe to the DBS Update service once the DBS has been applied for.
